Product Production Time

All items are made to order. Typical production time for non custom items are three to five business days. Custom order production times may vary depending on order size and complexity of the order.

Payment
Full payment is due prior to the shipping for all orders.

Returns and Refunds

Non-custom items can be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be confirmed as returned before a refund is issued. Custom orders are non refundable.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Services.

Custom Order Details

• Custom order requests can be made at www.bccc.edu/customorder.

• Order Confirmations are emailed for review and payment. Full payment is due prior to shipment of all orders. 

• Design mock ups for custom orders are provided to customers via email for review and approval prior to production.

• Completion time of custom orders may vary due to the size and complexity of the request.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. However, your satisfaction is of our utmost priority. Please contact us if there are any issues.
